Episode 8: Small Town Thrills

Population: 1,435. Thank goodness for sports. No, I’m not a creep, I just love taking photos of all of the kiddos doing their kiddo things. I have enjoyed all of the wanted and unwanted nostalgia that has come with attending Jr. High and High School sporting events. Luckily, I’m easily entertained. What else is there to do around here? The kindys (kindergarten class) got to have a farm unit. We did a field trip to two farms where I fell victim to a cold the next day. Classic. And the kindys got to hatch chicks! Highlight of my year, I’m afraid. Getting my appendix out was less than boring and less than wanted. I know, this is all too exciting, this lifestyle that I’m living…at least I get casual Fridays.
